책소개
왜 이 책을 내게 되었는가? 먼저 2000년이 시작 될 무렵 많은 동료들이 최근들어 몇몇 주사약이 사라지는 것에 대해 내가 어떻게 적응했는지를 물어봤기 때문이다. 그리고 어쩌면 프랑스에서보다 외국에서 여전히 더 많은 동료들이 내게 요구하기 때문이기도 하다. 마지막으로 이 책을 내게 된 이유는 아마도 메조세라피를 경험하고 또 도움을 받았던 많은 전문가들이 무대를 떠나기 전에 알고 있거나 안다고 생각되는 것을 조금이나마 요약하기 위해서이다. 그럴 수만 있다면 아주 유용하겠지만 단 한 권의 책만으로는 의술의 임상적인 측면을 배울 수는 없다. 하물며 하나의 제스처 혹은 여러 가지 제스처를 어떻게 해야 하는지를 배워야 할 때 경험자의 설명을 덧붙인 실습은 그 무엇과도 결코 대신할 수 없다. 왜냐하면 아주 현대적인 비디오 영상 조차도 사람들이 질문하는 것에 대해 답변할 수 없기 때문이다.
